Christmas Cookies

I know it's a bit late, but we were in Krabi from a couple of days before Christmas until New Year's Eve, so I didn't have time to post Christmas cookie photos.

When making cookies I always melt the butter in the microwave.

That way it blends easily with the sugar, eggs, flavoring and coloring.

The plain dough will be used for cutout cookies.

The colored dough is for rolled cookies.

Slice, decorate, bake

In bags for distribution to friends, family and neighbors.
