Som Tam, Gai Yang, Khao Niao

Papaya salad, barbecued chicken and sticky rice. These are favorites all over Thailand which originated in Laos and the Northeast of Thailand.

Here the papaya salad is put in a take-out bag. This is a very spciey dish made from shredded green papaya, tomatoes, onion, fish sauce, chili peppers, peanuts and more.
