Chonburi and Cha Am March

Mam had work in Chonburi so we spent a night before driving on to Cha Am

We stopped for lunch at Bike Park on the Chonburi Bridge

We stayed at the Kroque Boutique & Bistro at Ang Sila. This is the view from the rooftop bar and restaurant.

The Thai word for mortar and pestle is actually pronounced "croak". Ang Sila is famous for it's granite mortars.

The hotel lobby has a coffee cart that makes traditional Thai coffee..

Mr  Chatchart Sitthiphan is a candidate for Thai Prime Minister in the election to be held March 24. We spotted him walking to the hotel. He was happy to have his photo taken with us. He was in Ang Sila to attend a candidates debate which was held on the seaside promenade.
